Terms and Conditions:
Deposit & Balance.
For all weeks, a deposit of £50 per week will be required at the time of booking. All bookings will be classed as 'provisional' until the deposit has been received.
Final balances must be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay. The date on which your balance monies are due, will be clearly stated on your Booking Confirmation.
If you book your holiday within 6 weeks from its start, the full holiday cost must be paid before we can issue the written Booking Confirmation. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Lesley Gordon’.
Cancellations or Changes by you.
If you have to cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, you must immediately notify to us at the address on your Booking. Your cancellation only takes effect when we receive written confirmation from you.
If you have to cancel your holiday, then the following Cancellation Charges are payable, only if it is not possible for the holiday cottage to be re let.
